As your Birth Doula I hold a space for you so you can deeply "relax" into focusing on your labor and birth. I provide a calm, clear energy and guidance for you and your birth partner. I use my massage skills and my counseling expertise to assist you in having the best labor possible. Birth can be very transformative and I love to be in this transformative space with you using my own wisdom to compliment yours. I work well with doctors and nurses and help advocate for you should you need it. 

My labor and birth services include the following.

• Client intake

• 1-2 prenatal appointments.

• Phone and e-mail support.

• Help creating a birth vision.

• On-call beginning at 38 weeks.

• Labor and delivery. 

• 1 postpartum visit.
