Hey there!

I'M JESSICA

Welcome to my practice. I’m happy to have you here.
I am a Licensed psychotherapist in practice since 2018, and a licensed massage therapist since 2008.

I work with adult individuals and couples working towards greater ease in themselves and in their relationships. I also help people relax in their bodies and find greater ease in movement.

When I’m not working I love to be outdoors, hanging with friends or eating good food.

I combine many things in my practice, including a decade of experience as a body worker, 5 years doing birth work and 10 years of meditation/mindfulness practice.
